Booked to stay in a private room here, but the booking site ended up overbooking the hostel. Staff was quick to notice the issue in advance (well before my arrival) and reached out with multiple options for me. They ended up booking me in a nearby hotel free of charge with an offer to still hang out and use the amenities at the hostel if I wanted. So while I can’t speak to the rooms here, this was truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a hostel.
