The initial welcome did not go well, as we were not booked into the room we had chosen. Staff tried hard to sooth us and work out a solution. We wanted the lagoon room with the swim out pool. My fellow traveller has mobility issues and does not cope with stairs. The selected room had 4 stairs down to it which she knew about. Our booked room was upstairs on the resort side. We stayed in the hotel side fir our first night and moved into the lagoon room the next day. With rooms were beautiful. A shower chair was provided when requested. The lagoon pool is wonderful and the swim out bar, fun. The pool ladder was too difficult for my friend to use and she exited via the beach. Walking on sand and shells without a hand rail was hard and difficult for her. The availability of golf carts to transport us was greatly appreciated and used regularly. Breakfast was great and included in the price. The casino complex has good resources but it also has a variety of levels to access. Ramps are available in some spots. The infinity pool was wonderful and easy to access. Unfortunately the toilet and change area was down steep stairs. The restaurants there and room service provided interesting meals. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience but I am not sure we would book the lagoon resort side again.
