Great location to walk to the lookout and the plunge pool in the morning. The campsite however said there were hot showers and that wasn’t the case, they were single push button showers and the temp was always cold. The amenities, toilets and showers were kept quite clean and the place also has a washing up station (no drinking water or power). We quite liked our stay as it was a great place to drive to the other attractions.

A great campground if you are looking to explore Litchfield National Park. The issue i found with this campsite in the past is that, especially in the dry season, you have to secure a spot on early Friday afternoon if you want it for the weekend. It is unlikely to get a spot on a Saturday, however saying that I have got one by chance on a Saturday. Anyway, beautiful, a short walk to the water fall. It has showers and toilets there and all the campsites have a fire place. You can collect wood on the main roads on the way to the campsites. Dont grab wood from the bushes near the campsite, you may get fined if caught. You cannot book here, its first in best dressed. Lots of wild life and not too many flies 😁 Enjoy!!!!
