I am absolutely livid about my stay at this so-called “hotel.” I cannot believe I wasted my time, money, and patience on a place that — in my experience — shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. The room was an utter disgrace. It looked like someone tried to hide mold with cheap paint instead of actually fixing it. The toilet felt like it was hanging on by a thread every time it was touched, and the shower didn’t even work — we were literally told to use a different room just to wash ourselves. That is beyond ridiculous. The sheets looked filthy, the room felt dirty and neglected, and I honestly felt uncomfortable being in there at all. And the staff? Absolutely infuriating. The service was shockingly unprofessional. When I tried to calmly explain the issues, the manager reacted like a child throwing a tantrum — banging on the table, raising their voice, and acting like I was the problem for daring to point out how unacceptable everything was. I’ve never seen anything like it. I walked in expecting a hotel and instead got chaos, disrespect, and zero accountability. In my strongest possible opinion, this place is a complete disaster and should be thoroughly investigated or shut down until it can meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. I am furious that I ever stepped foot here. Do not stay here. Ever. Save your money, your sanity, and your dignity.

Very disappointing, to say the very least. We booked a pet friendly room for one night. What a mistake. When the room was booked over the phone, we were assured that the room had a queen bed and it was added that there was also a single. That was only a half truth, the bed was a queen base with a double mattress. The room had carpet tiles in the main area and very obvious stains were evident in most areas. The bathroom was something else all together. The door could not be closed as the skirting tiles had been laid on top of the door jam, the proprietor denied any knowledge of this when we were checking out. Something I find a little bit hard to believe. The glass on the shower screen was dirty and had obviously not been cleaned inside and out since the previous occupation. I highly recommend that you not stay here!
