Not a good experience at all. This term I live with two students who constantly smoking, vaping and drinking, also making loud noise and being rude to the other mates. I have reported this issue to the management team several times and none action has been done. It's seems like the management team just care about their revenues rather than make sure students' health or wellbeing. The process of changing room also complicated and when I ask the team, they always say that the village is fully booked although I can see there is some spare room on the booking website (same type of room with mine). Additionally, the shuttle bus system is not working well, if you learn at Parramatta City campus, it's should take like an hour to travel there despite 2km apart. The bus driver can stop his journey whenever he want, regardless of the long line of students wait to commute. About the room, only Premium room would have air conditioner and newer facilities. When I come to my friend's standard room, it kinda dirty and old, with no air conditioner. So if you are a parent who consider to send your child to live in the village, please take full consideration. The village living is not safe and as secured as you think!

Guys warning do not come here they will be prejudice and bias towards certain ethic groups . For exmaple if other residents are unclean or not following house rules they get let go and not introuble or terminated but if someone else does they are the only ones being targeted . The whole team will be against certain people just because they don't like you . The rooms itself feels like a hospital and it basically comes with no amenities so you have to do everything yourself . It is a hostel for a reason and it's not worth time , money or investment . Okay the manager and management team don't know how to manage the village or even communicate about problems or issues occuring in it .
