Watsons Bay Hotel

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely poor and the hygiene standards were unacceptable. I saw the staff use the same cloth that was wiping tables to clean the lid of a coffee cup, which is completely unhygienic. She just drop off the coffee on the table without calling my name and eye contact. My order was also made incorrectly, and the service attitude was very disappointing. There was no communication at all throughout the process. I understand Christmas is busy period but basis manner , hygiene standards and professional is still needed, right?
