The equipment is top-notch, well-maintained, and there’s something for everyone—whether you’re into powerlifting, bodybuilding, or just getting a solid workout in. The atmosphere is super motivating, with a great mix of serious lifters and supportive staff who are always willing to help out or offer advice. I also love the open layout and the raw, no-frills vibe—it really gets you in the zone. Clean facilities, flexible hours, and a great community vibe make this place a gem. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their fitness goals!

I’ve been training at WGF for the past few years now and enjoy the large range of equipment, friendly atmosphere and convenience of working out any time I like. Bathroom amenities are great and make it easy to head straight to work. The sign up was super simple and the fortnightly fees are really reasonable. Train by yourself or choose a PT - my choice is Black Belt Athletic or take your frustrations out on the boxing bags😉
