Virgin Active Wynyard (Margaret Street) Gym

I used to like this gym as the equipments are new, the place is well maintained, towel service (at extra $5pw cost), Dyson hair dryer, etc. However, the last few weeks have been extremely stressful in this gym. I get there at 7am and need to be in work by 8.30am. I've been struggling to find free equipment, by the time I finish my workout the bathroom is ridiculously packed, unable to use the hair dryers or find a place to place my bag as all seats are taken in the dressing room, loads of the hair dryers are not working (they seem like they are but they turn off after a minute using it). In summary, I'm leaving for a much cheaper and lower quality gym in which I'm able to get in and do my workout in peace without panicking with how busy the changing room will be or delay my workout because there's no equipment available - no luxury or towel service, but a much happier morning for me.

I've been training with Holly at Virgin Active Wynyard for 4 months and it's been an amazing journey! She's helped me lose weight, build and tone muscle, make good choices with food, keep me accountable, but most importantly, find confidence in myself and love for my body! She's extremely knowledgable and skilled, but also empathetic.. pushing you whilst understanding and embracing your needs or fears. Even though my 12-week transformation challenge has finished, I'll continue training with her for a long time to come. Also, the gym itself is beautiful - clean, spacious, amazing amenities, kind and considerate coaches/staff. I've tried a few big gyms and Virgin Active takes the cake for sure.
