Wondered why my massage was so strange so I sit up to discover my massager has her airpods in watching a movie off her phone which she had placed in between my legs mid massage whilst only a towel was covering my body. Complete violation of privacy and basic respect. No apologies from the staff given without me asking for one, had to have repeated attempts at requesting for a refund which they reluctantly provided a voucher of the amount paid. Spoke to the owner who also didn’t offer apologies, an explanation or see an issue with their staff. Horrific, wish I was making this experience up.
