Friendly staff and free parking. Reasonable price. They upgraded my room for free because I asked for a downstairs room due to my heavy luggage. The room was huge for one person, and there was a wide desk, a chair, and a diffuser. Plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was also a beautiful view with jacaranda trees. However, the bathroom had a mouldy smell, so it seems like it needs better ventilation. But overall, I was really satisfied with my stay.

A rare stay in a hotel these days (because we own a camper trailer), a great time was had by all. Can't say a bad thing about this place. Although on a busy road, near a pub and a train line, it was pleasantly quiet. Great staff, so helpful abd happy to do anything for you (including warming baby bottles for us between open office hours of 8 am - 8 pm, because there's no microwave in the rooms). Spacious rooms with plenty of cabinetry room, double beds and our travel portacot - our 4yo was ecstatic that she had a big double all to herself. Our 4yo also loved that she had a desk for all her colourings, so many hidey holes for all her toys in the bedsides for all her toys. Decent bathroom with a great shower. The little coffee nook is always good when you're up with the sparrows and children. And although the parking was not allocated, we were lucky to almost have the spot right outside our room every time we'd been out. Can't wait for future stays. Thanks for having us.
