Byron & Brunswick Heads (B3) I recently spent two weeks between Byron and Brunswick and wanted to share my experience, especially for anyone who loves training and recovery as I couldn’t decide where to train. Pros: • Great value with the holiday pass and easy access to both B3 Brunswick and Byron. • Conditioning classes were relatively challenging with friendly, supportive teachers. • The café smoothies are honestly next level — highly recommend grabbing one post-session. • Fantastic recovery zone: spacious sauna, multiple ice baths, hot steam room, and very clean showers. • Social, welcoming vibe in the recovery area. Cons: • Pricing feels off — a 3-day holiday pass costs the same as a full week pass, which doesn’t make much sense. • Facilities in Byron are larger, but overall I found the Brunswick gym newer, better equipped, and a bit sharper in feel. • The booking system is outdated and clunky, which can be frustrating to use. Overall: If you’re in Byron or Brunswick and into both training and recovery, B3 is a great spot to check out. Brunswick edges out for me in terms of gym quality, but Byron has the bigger recovery facilities and a fun, social atmosphere.

The gym itself is okay and has decent facilities. However, considering the membership price is already not cheap, it’s disappointing that they charge an extra $5 just to rent a small towel. It feels unnecessarily overpriced and not very customer-friendly.
