It was amazing to step out of the office and into a space filled with like-minded people. The bathrooms were spotless, with thoughtful touches for towels and wet swimmers, etc. If you’re looking for a recovery space or just want to chill out…. just go :)

Great experience and friendly staff. Matt gave us a quick tour as it was our first time trying out the ice baths. Holistic experience. Great amenities. Will definitely come back!
