Ok so the truth! Forget other reviews. It is 5/5 for caravans, vans, motorhomes and it is quiet with some shaded areas or open areas which are back from the highway, hence its quiet. The bad reviews are from people renting cabins right on the highway, so yes it's noisy if in a cabin on the highway, who knew lol. So don't get the cheapest cabins, get the ones back from the highway.for me it was great in a campervan for 4 nights, 3 toilets, 3 showers in amenities block and clean, lots of washing machines and dryers in laundry area and two big outdoor kitchens with gas hotplates or gas cooktop with 4 burners. Walk to centre of town, walk to botanic gardens in 10 minutes. Price is lots more than usual showgrounds at $54 night for powered site but it is the normal going rate in Coffs Harbour with other van parks. I had an excellent stay and will definitely go back again. 5 out of 5 stars.

Extremely disappointed with the state of our cabin. We booked a short stay for a sporting tournament expecting clean, comfortable accommodation, but on arrival we found mould embedded in the blinds, mould in the shower, and the bunk area covered in dust and someones false eyelashes. The linen had dog hair all over it, which was very unhygienic and clearly not properly cleaned between guests. I tried to address these issues by email email, but received a satisfactory response. For the price we paid, this was well below standard and a real health concern especially with the mould.
