Pullman Magenta Shores Resort

Stayed 1N so we could play the golf course. Great location. Slightly nervous after all the neg reviews but our Studio room was fine, just a bit worn. Big bed, lots of wardrobe space, room safe, iron, hairdryer, Nespresso, Kettle, Fridge. Tea, coffee & milk were a bonus. Had online work and reception gave us a Wi-Fi dongle which worked great.

The location was convenient and the accommodation had good potential, however the property is in need of a revamp or renovation. The kitchen induction cooktop only works one burner at a time and does not heat sufficiently. Cooking something simple like frying an egg took close to 30 minutes, which made self-catering very difficult. Water pressure in one of the showers was extremely low, meaning showers took much longer than usual. The carpet in the room was noticeably worn, and there were spiders present on the balcony, which affected comfort. With some upgrades and better maintenance, this could be a much more enjoyable stay. At its current state, the accommodation did not meet expectations for the price.
