Penrith Hotel Motel

My partner and myself travelled here from Victoria on Friday 21st of November to see family we booked to stay here for 3 nights all was well until we stepped foot into the motel room where we were met with a bed that had blood on it and some other brown marks, the bench where you made coffees was sticky and disgusting not to mention the jug had other peoples coffee over it. The bathroom was absolutely not up to health standards for any human to be in there it had poo on the sides of the toilet and the shower was covered in grime and slime the cups that were in the little fridge had mould growing from them. The staff did give us a refund which we were grateful for but we would never ever ever book here AGAIN ! Worst experience of our lives

Do not go unless last resort. Bed mattress had no filling so felt like sleeping on base 1 pillow each that was so flat and worn. Shower needs 20 mins to heat up and no pressure. Dirts dishes sitting in hallway for the 2 days I was there.
