Pacific House Hostel

One of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. Clean rooms, communal areas showers and bathrooms. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of events on and it's in a great location. The kitchen was a little bit small for so many people to cook and stire food in. In summer the rooms were a bit too hot without aircon.

I had been recommended to stay here by a family member and I am glad I did. The location was fantastic. The showers and bathrooms were great and I did not have to wait in line for them. The free breakfast was yum. I was most impressed by the excellent customer service I received when I asked to be moved rooms, after an unpleasant interaction with someone in my first room. The Italian staff member who helped me was kind and understanding and helped me to quickly change rooms, where I was grateful to stay for the remaining two nights of my trip.
