I’ve stayed here maybe 20 times for work over many years. I don’t get an option of where to stay, hence I have had to come back over and over again. Rooms are all miss matched - you never quite know what you’ll get. Some are better than others, every room is different. All rooms with renovations are done on the cheap. The furniture in the one bedroom apartment I’m currently staying in is beyond belief in terms of the level of uncleanliness and need for update. All rooms are musty and stale smelling. Bathrooms amenities are cheap. Everything is in the room is cheap but the price tag to stay isn’t. Photos show a lot. Heater smells like vomit once it’s turned it on. Food is mediocre. They are good at hosting conferences which is why we often stay here, and the service from staff is decent and friendly and professional when it comes to events. Venue is far from town, nothing nearby, but some like the appeal of that and being close to beach. There is however much better accommodation available close to the beach. Would not recommend to stay.

The room smelt old and musty. The aircon was very old like the 1950’s hahaha and the remote to go with it. It took over 30mins to get it to work, couldn’t see due to the screen not clear and old as well as noisy once it started. The shower did not have a door and water just went everywhere. There was a crack in the bathroom sink. The vanity needs repair and a paint job. The mattress was very hard. No USB port in that executive room, room needs updating. The service in the reception area and dining was amazing. The food was fabulous!!! Had attitude from a female staff in the bar, husband felt as though he was bothering her.
