Orchard Day Spa & Massage

I purchased the Orchard Princess spa package for $229.30, which lasts 110 minutes. It includes a massage, facial, and foot bath/back scrub. Unfortunately, I feel that the service I received was not worth the price. I had requested a deep tissue massage, but instead, I got the GENTLEST massage I've ever experienced and I am a regular massage spa goer. It felt like the masseur was just applying oil to my back. I asked twice, with a significant gap in between, for the massage to be firmer, but there was no change. She predominantly used her palms, and the pressure was lacking. The back scrub consisted of applying soap and a hot towel, which was quite underwhelming. The facial was decent compared to the massage and back scrub. Overall, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. 😢 Giving it 2 stars for the effort and the facial.
