It was very challenging to have my niece to take the swimming lessons. She has been complaining about the water being too cold. She was using a proper swimming gear and I did my best for her to enjoy. The 1st and 2nd class she didn't even complete the sessions. As a family member perspective, I do not want to see my niece feeling uncomfortable. Her mother requested to discontinue the classes and asked for reimbursement for the remaining classes and that was denied. Instructors are very young and they have this culture of basically forcing young children into cold waters until they settle in. I don't believe in that!
