Room for two people was quite small. The room smelled bad and wasn’t properly clean; one of the duvets even had a blood stain. There are no power outlets near the bed , they’re on the opposite side of the room. The fan is placed very high up in a corner and only reaches the top bunk. Poor ventilation overall. You can hear a lot of noise from the street and also from inside the hostel. The bathrooms weren’t very clean either, and the cleaning in general was far from regular. The showers didn’t have good hot water. There is also no elevator, which makes it inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The only positives I can mention are the friendliness of the reception staff , the guys were really nice, I have to say , and the location is good too. But I wouldn’t stay here again. You can leave your luggage in a storage room whether you arrive early or after check-out if you still have time to spend in the city.

I had a pretty bad experience here. The room was a lot smaller than in the pictures, and the place overall felt old and not very clean. They do offer plenty of free activities, which is nice, but they seem to forget about the basics, cleaning and essential things for living, and we only got one towel for four days. When we asked for another, they said we’d have to pay for it. On top of that, the staff were quite cold and unfriendly, which made the whole experience even worse. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again.
