I’ve had such a great experience since joining this gym in Manly. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the facilities and amenities are excellent everything you need for a complete workout and recovery. One of the highlights for me has been the yoga classes combined with the recovery sessions, which I’ve really enjoyed and found so beneficial. There’s also a lovely sense of community here that makes every visit enjoyable. I’m also looking forward to trying more of the beachside classes such a unique and refreshing addition. Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to train, recharge, and connect with others. Highly recommend!
