Unfortunately my stay here was extremely disappointing. The kitchen and common areas were dirty and I actually saw rats around, which is absolutely unacceptable and extremely dangerous for health and hygiene. This place really needs serious cleaning, maintenance and proper pest control. I do not recommend staying here until these problems are resolved.

The London Gate Backpackers hotel is very well located and close to all necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and the common areas are clean. The hotel offers many activities, so it's perfect for exploring Sydney!
