A decent sized, undercover warm swimming pool, about 50m x 25m, crystal clear water. Great for learners, lap swimmers and Aqua Aerobics. The gym is a surprise, bigger than I thought, all the basics, free weights, Smith machines, treadmills, Elliptical bike. Pin weight Hoist machines. I couldn't find a bench that operates in flat, inclined and decline with a bar rack. If you know what you're doing, other units can be utilised to accommodate chest workouts
