We travelled up from Melbourne , first time staying at this park, the reason for the 3 overall star rating is because of the customer service we received (older woman, really lovely and helpful ), room gets one star - the cabin was full of cockroaches and ants and extremely old, as a parent of 4 kids that are terrified of bugs this was extremely distressing for us after driving so far, the lovely lady mentioned above moved our cabin into one of the newer ones straight away. Unfortunately this one also gets one star as there was a cockroach in that one too - we looked at other accommodation options in the area at that point but there was nothing available. Location gets 5 star - close to all amenities, park is tidy and quiet. Kids were about to go on the jumping pillow and someone turned it off (other children were already on there) , check in and checkout was a breeze.

We stayed in a cabin, 2 adults and two older kids. It was compact but all we needed. Great location for exploring the blue mountains with close access to the train line. Staff were great, park is neat and the new camp kitchen is very nice. Probably the only free electric BBQ I have ever used that actually got up to a decent temperature. I would definitely stay here again.
