This has been our 2nd time with our children and grandchildren. Its our home away from home. We love it here. Its not your 5star accommodation...but its still clean and the service is excellent. Never had any issues...we stayed in the Pool Villa's and the beds are comfortable and rooms a re very spacious. The manager, omg...shes the bomb! John the Handyman is the BEST, always doing his best when you need something done! But, its also his people skills, very polite and considerate and very helpful. Also the receptionist she was so helpful and very inviting! When you have service like that, you always want to go back! My family and I will definitely be going there again hopefully soon.😀Thankyou Avina staff for making our stay enjoyable. Hopefully Avina will have more activities other than the games room and swimming pool. 10/10

Clean, comfortable and well equipped cabins. We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the bed was and quality toiletry provided. We have a small but adequate fridge, microwave and surprisingly an airfryer in the studio cabin, with sufficient cutlery and crockery for 4 (there were just the 2 of us). Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Within 5 minutes drive to 2 shopping centres with Coles/Woolies/Aldi, takeaway shops and chemists. Location was great for us, but we were there for work, which is 10 minutes from the park. It may be different for holiday makers, expecting easy access to Hawkesbury river, which is 15 to 20 minutes drive to the closest jetty. In saying that, for the price it costed and good access to amenities, you cannot ask for anymore. Thank you 🙏
