Lovely dark skinned lady @ check in is 5 star for service, enthusiasm and personality. Light skinned Lady @ check out is lovely too, but seemed a little stressed. The rooms were very bare. Clean sheets, comfy bed. Air conditioning and TV (we didn’t use them). Peaceful night sleep. Would never recommend the breakfast as we are so used to the other breakfasts, but some children would be fine with it as how the pancakes come out would be a novelty to them. Ok with the muesli and Greek yoghurt. Partner refused to touch the brekkie even though we paid for it. The bathrooms were cleaned, but the ever present issue of ventilation and maybe MOULD might be Sth the management will HAVE to look into… probably our first and last stay or stay of last resort… wouldn’t stay for the rooms, would happily return if that were improved because the staff were nice. If you are used to YHA, this is a step up.. sort of… only detergent for hair available. 1 teaspoon, two cups and two glasses. One hanger. No soap nor tissues. Plenty of toilet paper. Two towels and one bathmat. This is very budget. We are fine with that as we bring our own toiletries. :)

I booked this motel for 2 nights and had a very bad experience. The bed was just a mattress with no proper support, and it kept slipping all night, so I could not sleep properly. The room did not have a fridge, which was very inconvenient. The washroom was poorly maintained and not clean. Overall, the room quality was very low for the price they charge. This motel is very expensive for what it offers, and it did not meet basic comfort standards. I would not recommend staying here.
