My wife and I used this club for almost 3 months while staying in nearby Mosman Park. We were happy to be able to get daily workouts in in their Les Mills classes (Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Balance) and yoga. The gym is relatively crowded with lots of cardio, stationary and free weight and machines. You'll find people all over on the floor doing their workouts or working with a personal trainer. The locker rooms are large but can get very steamy in hot weather. The front desk staff is very friendly. The only improvement I would suggest is class scheduling. Most of the classes I attended started late, largely because they are scheduled pretty close to one another, making it difficult for one group to "clear out" before the next class starts. There may have been other factors as well, not sure. If they spaced out the classes a bit more or ensured they started and ended on time this would remove a petty annoyance from an otherwise very enjoyable gym experience. We'll be back in January and plan to sign up again!
