I'm at odds what to rate this place. As a gym they would get 2 stars. Poorly maintained equipment, rusted pins, weights not reracked. Only saving grace is that it is very large open plan upstairs. But I didn't join for the gym. I am still very happy with my local gym at Plus Fitness Manning. I joined for the facilities which are worth the price of entry itself. I signed up to a minimum 3 month fixed term contract to use their swimming pool over summer. I do appreciate Peta's service in getting me the best deal possible. Brooke has also been very helpful. I got charged my first payment today and I intend on using the pool every day along with the sauna. The rest of the bathrooms are kind of shit so adds to the lackluster care and attention the actual gym itself has. I wouldn't use the showers here compared to other gyms I've been to. But I will continue to use the pool and sauna every day over summer. The facilities themselves are very well maintained by the staff even if the door to the sauna is a bit ajar. As mentioned, staff like Peta and Brooke are wonderful so far and very friendly but I'd only recommend this as a private health club with a swimming pool and sauna and not a gym.

I am surprised at some of the negative comments. I cannot say much on the pricing and staff etc but I find this gym, pool and facilities etc to be very good. I have unlimited access to this gym during staffed hours. Staff appear friendly and have always greeted me with a smile. I dont really need much more help from them. This gym is huge with a lot of equipment and machines. It has some good machines which are not present in other gyms. It is not crowded everytime I have visited but I do avoid peak hours. The swimming pool is very good and clean. Plenty of showers etc in the locker room. Some of the shower doors are broken etc but that can be easily fixed. One or two machines may need some oiling or WD40 etc but thats not a deal breaker. Overall a very good and big gym with plenty of equipment and good facilities.There is a big clean swimming pool to go with it. I will be coming here more often and will be bringing friends with me also.
