Place has had a massive upgrade. Whilst it won't suit your modern power lifting gym enthusiast, there is lots of space and enough equipment for just about any kind of workout. Would be better if it was 24/7, but it has a pool, hypoxi room, sauna and excellent bathroom, shower facilities. Had a great session here and will be back more often.

Joined on a no lock contract at $28 per week. Personal Trainers are really nice. Never correspond via email as you won't get a reply. Not many classes to choose from and no booking system so you just have to turn up and hope for the best that you will get a space although classes are very fun. Towels are included depending on your membership which is convenient. If you go at busy periods of the day you will be waiting on certain machines. Overall experience was never that great for the price.
