Had an amazing private boxing session at Gaya Centre Byron Bay—one of the best boxing gyms in town. David is an incredible coach, and the space features a full-size official boxing ring, plenty of heavy bags, and a top-tier cardio section that really pushes your limits. The recovery facilities are next level, with access to a full infrared sauna and cold plunge—perfect for winding down after training. One thing I really appreciated was the private shower setup. It’s clean, spacious, and offers complete privacy, which is rare and really valuable. I’ll be trying out the yoga classes at Gaya Centre soon, and based on everything else I’ve experienced, I’m sure they’ll be just as impressive. Highly recommend Gaya Centre Byron Bay to anyone looking for high-quality boxing, fitness, yoga, and recovery all in one place.
