Fitness First Willoughby Platinum

I joined the gum specifically to use the pool and chose an 18 month contract without being told that the pool would be fully used on the times I needed to use it. On the most recent occasion an aqua class of just 13 people used took all 3 lanes and the side pool, and to my surprise pulled out all the lane ropes while I was swimming and in the process catching me in the lanes. The instructor thought that was completely Ok and kept chatting as I had to untangle myself
