The overall smell of the gym is not great, and the steam room is constantly out of service. Out of the 8 showers available, 6 were broken for almost three weeks not long ago, this is unacceptable, especially during peak hours when there are easily over 100–150 people using it. Of course, not everyone showers, but a large percentage do, and the lack of functioning showers creates an unpleasant and frustrating experience. On top of that, the hair dryers have been in terrible condition for months with no signs of repair or replacement. The standard of maintenance is far below what should be expected. Members are paying for quality and availability, yet the wet areas and basic amenities are often unavailable or in such poor condition that they cannot be used. The positive side is that the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the gym floor and equipment are generally well maintained with regular servicing. Unfortunately, this does not make up for the ongoing neglect of the facilities. Management needs to urgently address these issues and provide members with the standard we are paying for.

I think the gym is well located and easily accessible. They’ve added new machines on the upper floor, which is really appreciated. The reception staff is great—very friendly and helpful. There are showers, a sauna, and even a hairdryer available. Update they offer reformers pilates Cons: • One of the elevators is currently out of order, and they seem quite old. • There’s no real access control—many people enter without a membership card, and honestly, it doesn’t seem like they’re paying members, yet they still use the facilities. • The sauna is often out of service, and some machines, like treadmills or bikes, are frequently broken. • You have to rent towels. • The bathrooms are sometimes dirty, and some lockers are missing doors or handles.
