Knowledgeable, professional, kind and considerate. Warm towels on massage table were magic. I felt safe and cosy. Only essential talk was made throughout my treatment, which allowed me to relax and enjoy being pampered. Music was excellent, temperature of the room was perfect. Dimming the lights towards the end of my appointment (lash lift and tint) was a nice touch. So I didn't open my eyes to bright lighting. Very thoughtful. Completely happy with lashes and colour of brows too. Helpful tips at the end for longevity of colour and a delicious chai tea to finish. Perfectly chilled, thank you
