Really enjoying F45 Chatswood with Jamie at the helm of a team of friendly, encouraging coaches. What stands out is Jamie's clear explanations of how to correctly do specific exercises to ensure the right muscles are engaged. What I always appreciate is how flexible Jamie is to cater to a range of fitness needs and easily adapts an exercise to suit if you have an injury or coming back after a holiday break. As a whole, the atmosphere is very welcoming with very friendly members, open to chat and inclusive of everyone. Very easy to feel like you are part of the group and makes the sessions all that more enjoyable - more so when it is a harder workout. Location is central Chatswood with free parking available underneath the gym - very practical, or free street parking before 8:30 am. There are also changing room/shower facilities, which I personally have not used, but have seen other members leave refreshed and ready for work. Great place, recommend it if you want to get fit be it cardio, strength, overall wellbeing!
