I left the spa feeling the same way as when I walked in. Massage felt more like strokes than a massage, despite my request for medium pressure. Had to remind her a few times to increase pressure but she never actioned it. Therapist only wiped the oil off my back and nowhere else - as a client, leaving the premises covered in oil is a huge hazard. Had to ask her for a spare hot towel to wipe the rest of my body myself when the massage had finished. Definitely not worthy of $155. This voucher was a gift and I wish I had used it at another location.
