endota spa Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

Fabulous relaxing aromatherapy massage. The changing room facilities with nice hot showers were excellent too. Would recommend & would go again if we come back to Sydney. We have stayed in Four Seasons hotels elsewhere & always excellent spa treatments. Very happy with massage & also with spa/ hotel customer service as I very stupidly left my watch in my robe pocket & didn’t realise until half an hour later after laundry bins had been emptied. Within the next half hour my watch had been found for me & returned to my room, meaning my ‘senior moment’ didn’t turn into permanent loss. 😀👍🏻

We asked for firm pressure and to focus on upper back and shoulders. We got light pressure and no focus on the area we asked for. A lot of focus was put on feet though which was very strange. The microwaves outside the room with all the noise of lunch was not relaxing. We asked to have a shower at the end and the staff were surprised about this. We were given a robe but no fresh towel so had to use the one which had covered our skin which was covered in oil. I found the bathroom after and discovered there were lots of showers we could have used and fresh towels. We had to ask to pay as staff at counter didn’t seem to know we had finished a treatment. I asked for tea and was given water post treatment. I would have expected better service for the price.
