Great view for Wollongong Council Event Fireworks, especially during Australia Day and New Year. Good place for family day swimming and picnic. Very close to public shower area and toilets.

Nice sunrise shooting location. The sun comes up right in line with the lighthouse. Well at this time of the year APRIL it does! The harbour has lots of pretty fine boats moored in place to add that touch of interest to the shoot. If photography is not your thing, try swimming here... It looks like a great place to swim and judging by the swimmers here, it's a popular place to go!
