One of the best gyms located in the city! They have a lot of machines and space to do your dynamic stretches. Shower rooms are kept clean even late at night. Gets packed around 5-7pm though!

My son and I were looking for a place to train for the week while in Sydney. This place had pretty much everything we needed and was within walking distance. DB up to 150lbs, free weights, lots of machines, and some cables. Had a plyo type area on second level as well as Locker rooms and bathrooms (which were clean). Pretty easy to work in even in the busy times. People were friendly and chill. The owner was a really nice guy as well encourage my kid to keep putting in work. I think it was $25 Australian (like $15 USD) per day which wasn’t too bad or $99 ($65ish USD) for the week.
