Not too bad but not up to standards. Many massive cockroaches inside the room, we actually slept with the lights on cause they come out when dark. They should do a proper disinfestation. Just one toilet and shower for the entire floor. Not very clean facilities. Sunscreen available at the front desk which is a nice touch. Very close to the beach, main good reason to choose this place.

Definitely the best hostel I stayed in, in Sydney. Couldn't fault the staff at all, very helpful and lovely as most stayed there too! They encourage you to join in and make friends. Such a brilliant hostel for solo travellers. The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of place to put luggage, lockers are a little small and you have to supply your own lock. The destination was great, the roof top terrace allowed you to look over Tamarama Beach and also Bondi Beach. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to all amenities. Also had a very good laundry service opposite to wash, dry and iron your clothes for cheap!
