We visited on a Thursday afternoon, such amazing atmosphere. Several buskers playing guitar and singing and they were great. Before 6pm the parking is up to 4 hours in the car park, after 6pm its free. There's toilets and plenty of outdoor showers. Apex Park is Dog friendly on leash further down the beach is also dog friendly but the beach directly in front of Apex Park no dogs allowed. Lots of people stayed to watch the sunset set. We had dinner at No Bones, a vegan restaurant in Fletcher Street, walking distance away also dog friendly highly recommended whether your vegan or not. Then came back to the park to listen to more music. Great night free entertainment.
