Good setup at this gym. All the equipment you could hope for, large open space for classes or stretching, fairly new reformer plates room, showers, kept clean. Good crew. TVs with ports and news, remote DJ to select music on loud speaker. Have been happy attending this gym for thr last 8 months. Been ing using thr facilities here to work through physiotherapy for thorns meniscus and my cardio. 2015-11 Update: I'm still attending here and AF West Gosdord. Staff are still great and it now a regular part of my life. Just finished my daily workout.

I have been around. I have seen Anytimes in at least eight countries, including ones in Japan which are known for their cleanliness. But, by far, this Anytime branch is the cleanest! All the plates are put away tidily. Its members were carrying a gym towel as well as wiping the equipment. The loos and showers were spotless. I wish this branch was my home gym. They got all the machines you need and more. I enjoyed working out here.
