Went here today with my girlfriends and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were so professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The spa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect warm, low-light atmosphere to relax in. I arrived about an hour and a half before my appointment and was able to make the most of the connecting amenities — pool, spa, and sauna which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My massage was absolutely amazing one of the best I’ve had and left me feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing and professional place to unwind. Great location city central too! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the wonderful manager and his team! 🥰

Quite disappointed with my experience today. The welcome was wonderful and the massage itself was ok. However the room was freezing cold. The change room facilities are nothing but disgusting dirty and don’t look like they’ve been clean for a very long time. Toilet paper strewn all over the floor doors don’t shut, filthy floor, filthy toilet filthy sink. So although the staff were lovely, I won’t be back and won’t recommend. Poor form really expected more from a Hilton hotel.
