Lakeside Leisure Centre

Hello, I m writing this review to express my dissatisfaction in regards to the swimming lessons. For multiple reasons I can say that I m not happy with the GoSwim sessions at LakesideLeisure centre Tuggeranong but mainly, because I have not seen my kids improving for so long, feedback o teacher doesn't help. I have requested for cancelling the classes and removing my kids but, this is just not right. The teachers are perhaps overworked and have too many kids and they are not able to help every kid. My daughter doesn't go with right breathing because noone is watching and telling her on what to improve. Right now, Wednesday, 05.10.2025, 6pm SEAL session, 10kids for one teacher. And the next lane with a teacher is just looking rather than sharing load. Totally ratio doesn't match. So, I would urge parents to look for better. Thanks

Normally my fav Canberra pool - but these days the pool heater has stopped working… there’s no signs; no discount, no info. Along with the leaking toilets and leaking showers and sometines cold showers…. I guess management is not interested in spending the money??? More and better Communication would be appreciated
