I've been to a number of gyms, and this is one of the best. Has all the classes and equipments that you need. The showers and facilities are clean and modern. It is also in a convenient location. You work out and then eat and then walk to Lake Burley and watch the spectacular sun sets.

I like going to this gym because: - it’s convenient: I can park for free for 2 hours and no reason for not coming because of weather conditions - great group classes : the timing is great after work and they have good trainers. My favourite is Marie who teaches pump on Fridays - friendly staff - Joel is the best! Always so friendly & happy - clean facilities - varieties of gym equipment - sauna - it offers after hours access
