Treated myself to a remedial massage with coffee and coconut scrub using a voucher. Good check in, and waiting room. I was offered water or tea and had time to drink it. Treatment room was lovely and smelt nice but not overpowering. Nice temperature on a cool Canberra morning. The music did have a crackle which was distracting though! Treatment was nice. Coffee scrub was ok, but pressure could have been stronger. Lovely shower, with a robe and slippers to wear to the shower and a clean robe and slippers to wear out. Need to top up the soap as it ran out! Lovely massage - probably more relaxing than remedial. But did improve when I asked for stronger pressure. Nice eye mask and use of warm stones, even though it wasn't a hot rock massage. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience and no pressure to buy stuff at all (wasn't even asked) which is extremely refreshing and I'm likely to go back just for that positive experience!

I had an intense renewal facial while quite expensive it was a nice experience. The service was great, the room I was in was lovely. I got a warm towel for a blanket which was super relaxing a massage of my arms and feet included in the package and the lady who gave me the facial explained it well so I knew what I was getting. I also bought a gift pack at the end which was a good price.
