Stayed with a school group of 20 in July 2025. Organising the stay was easy and communication was great. Onsite staff were very helpful and accommodating, to ensure the group had the best stay possible. Meals were enjoyed by the group of teenagers; and the option to make our own lunch rolls was welcome. Facilities are in good nick and there's a coffee machine for staff! The only downside was that in a dorm of 10 students, there was just the one shower and one toilet. That said - our group had a really enjoyable experience at Camp Cottermouth and I'd definitely recommend it for other school groups visiting Canberra.

It's a really really fun place for school camp, some of the doors were a bit hard to close but there is a trick to it! Overall a great place with wonderful amenities and opportunities
