Customer service, lessons and facilities have gone downhill exponentially!! On the other hand fees have gone up exponentially too!! Half of the time showers are not working, when is not the men’s, it’s women’s or the parents showers. Temperature in the showers is inconsistent at best and there are only 2 showers for the whole complex!! And let’s not talk about cleanliness, I’m surprised nobody Cisac has not been fined. Most of the showers have mold and the shower curtains are disgusting! And let’s not forget about being charged to use the water slide which is so unsafe as the stairs are wet and slippery and you guessed it, there is also mold. There is nobody to talk to or complain and whenever there is someone the response you get is “yeah, we know about it”

Worst worst worst customer service and poor management. They are there to just looting your money. Without giving me any swimming lessons, they are keep charging me infact I already cancelled the subscription. Highly disappointed and terrible experience of my life. No one is there to help and putting the blame to one another. PSA- DON NOT THINK TO GO THERE. Note; did not receive any response even after sending numerous emails.
