Club Lime Platinum Belconnen (CISAC)

I have been member for a few years to this club, and I really enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool, steam and spa. But now it’s getting bad, working on the toilets for ever, dirty, and the worst part is they are so short of staff that nothing is working properly. After working out for 1.5 hours I decided to go and get spa done, so, no toilet. I went to front desk to get the bracelet to access the swimming pool. Only one staff is serving, opening an account. I asked her if she could just give me the bracelet to get inside (I was busting for the toilet) She said, she was busy, but the client was just writing his details. She chose not to give me the bracelet. When in only a few seconds I could go to the bathroom. Instead I had to wait for the new client to finish the forms and for her to explain everything to actually get inside. Today I got a call and after explaining my case I was given a warning by Rebecca. If you don’t have staff member maybe is time to get more. How is possible that one staff member who is just standing there waiting for a form, couldn’t just let you in? When the computer right next to is available? I don’t understand that.

If there’s a fault with any equipment, don’t expect it to be fixed anytime soon — they might get around to it next year, even if it would only cost them $1! For example, the water dispenser in the middle area has been broken for ages, and they still haven’t bothered to fix it. Considering the high membership fees they charge, the level of care they show to customers is zero. They only care about charging people as much as possible, with no flexibility when you actually need help. Swimming Pool Review: Perhaps the dirtiest swimming pool in Canberra. The change rooms are filthy, the toilets are filthy, and wristbands are left scattered everywhere. Unlike other swimming pools in Canberra, there is no regular cleaning. For a swimming pool, someone should be cleaning the change rooms every hour — not just once a day! Conclusion: ZERO customer care. Money is all they care about. If you're even $1 behind on a payment, they'll come after you immediately — but when it comes to fixing broken equipment or cleaning the place, you’ll be waiting forever.
