Visited on a Sunday with a bunch of kids celebrating a birthday and paid full entry fee. Wasn't informed that a private scuba school had booked the outdoor pool for 2 hours in the middle of the day resulting in everyone having to relocate to the lap lanes if they wished to continue swimming. After speaking to the staff was informed that they post availability on their website. This was not correct. Only lap lanes information is posted and even this information was out of date. Was informed that staff should have informed us of the booking too which also did not happen. Nothing was offered by way of compensation for the inconvenience, just shrugs by the staff (they were polite and I acknowledge it's not their fault). Normally I wouldn't have even bothered to leave a review but the level of disregard from staff and the dirty looks from the lap swimmers has left me disappointed and frustrated at the lack of communication. I'd seriously reconsider visiting this pool as you can't guarantee your fee covers free access to all the facilities and closures will be communicated. Would not recommend.
