Had dinner here on Sunday and the food was excellent, but the overall experience was let down by the service. Communication was difficult as several staff had very limited English, which made ordering slow and led to multiple mistakes. The venue itself could really benefit from some investment and updating. The bar equipment looks tired, the fridge lights flicker constantly, and a modern glass washer would make a big difference to hygiene and presentation. At the moment, most glasses come out with noticeable water droplets, which is off-putting for guests who expect clean, dry glassware.
